i can draw: furries/animals, humans/humanoids (irl people is included!), complexity (mecha, technology, ect), soft gore (light blood/gore, candy gore), suggestive content, depending on complexity may raise prices so do ask me if your curious!i can't draw: nsfw (both heavy gore and sexual content in general, not comfy enough, including specific kinks), political, racist or lgbtq-phobic content, general basis is don't commission me to be an asshole.

-this applies to AI content as well, i do not allow my works to be used for AI related content.6. you can order up to three items per commission slot!7. commissions will be started after it's been fully paid through paypal invoices (USD)
-i will need your email in order to make your invoice!
-i can do full/partial refund depending on how much progress has been made.8. i will send wip (work in progress) shots by sketch, color, or by upon request during the process.
-i'll also try my best to send updates and let you know if i need an extension, or commission may be push further if something happens.9. commission will take up to 2-3 weeks, may be shorter as 3-4 days or longer as 1-2+ months depending on my health/schedule.
-you are more then free to request an update on your commission! as i've mentioned before, i will try my best to get back to you asap.10. when ordering, please state a deadline if you have one! helps me prioritize my queue and scheduling!
-may cost a 5-10+ usd fee if the deadline is within half a month or less. any more then half of a month is free.11. be detailed as much as you can in your commission! i want to be able to give the best quality i can for you, and this includes sketches, image references, pinterest boards, ect. anything to help visualize! (this includes custom designs too)12. small changes such as color change, additional small items, and small background changes are free of charge. bigger changes such as a design change, drastic background change, additional big items, extra character, ect. will be charged 5-10+ USD depending on how big it is.13. my commissions are strictly used for personal use, businesses such as creating merchandise must be through my contacts listed.14. i am open to do any other projects outside of my commissions, feel free to contact me through any of my available contacts.15. i will post most commissions publically after they've been recieved, or use them as future commission examples. if you wish for the commission to be private, do let me know at any time while commissioning me!
-some pieces may be used in my art portfolio, if you're not okay with this please let me know in the process of your commission!16. failure to follow my terms of services will end you blacklisted, and will not be able to commission me either from alt. accounts or people commissioning for you.
-if you try to commission me from an alt account, or send someone to commission me for you; your alt will also be blacklisted and the person you asked to commission me will receive a warning. (will be blacklisted as well if the first warning is ignored.)

1. all payments must be made through paypal invoices in USD, or can be made through my ko-fi page.2. once payment has been made, i will send an unwatermarked version of the design. if uploading to toyhou.se, please credit the design to 210years as it is my current toyhou.se account!
-if you don't have a toyhou.se but bought a design that's cross posted onto toyhou.se, i'll move the design to my 'sold' folder and put your name on their description! do let me know if you need the transfer at anytime.3. all adopts and designs made by me are not used for NFTs, AI or anything similar. this includes custom designs too. if you are caught selling my designs for NFTs or anything similar, will result in a permanent blacklist.
-this means you are unable to purchase any future designs from me whether it's through an alternate account or another person buying for you. see 16. on main tos.4. you may sell/trade the design as you wish, however, do not sell the design for a higher price unless there are commissioned artwork to raise the price. art trade, art payment, gift art is not included.
-personal art value is optional to add on. use your own commission prices to determine the value!5. you are free to make changes to the design as long it resembles the original design and still recognizable.6. all designs and adopts made by me are for personal use only, please ask before using a design for commercial use.
-this may require you to pay extra, depending on what you plan to do with the design.
